灰背海燕（英文名：Grey-backed Storm Petrel，学名：Garrodia nereis），是鹱形目洋海燕科灰背海燕属的鸟类。分布于南美洲（包括哥伦比亚、委内瑞拉、圭亚那、苏里南、厄瓜多尔、秘鲁、玻利维亚、巴拉圭、巴西、智利、阿根廷、乌拉圭以及马尔维纳斯群岛（也称福克兰群岛）），澳大利亚和新西兰等地。
繁殖区： SO : subantarctic is. of Falkland, South Georgia and Gough is. (s Atlantic Ocean), Crozet and Kerguelen (sw, se Indian Ocean), Macquarie (few; far se of Australia), Chatham, Antipodes and Auckland is. (e, se, and s of South I., New Zealand)
